Which should I use interdental brush or dental floss?

Although interdental brushes are available in various sizes, too large brushes may injure your gum. So, for the first time, starting with the smallest brush is recommended. And you should up the size gradually. Interdental brushes may be available in about 5 sizes - SSS, SS, S, M and L. For the first time, you should start with SSS.

Can I use interdental brush or dental floss many times?
