Which should I use interdental brush or dental floss?
Interdental brush and dental floss are essential to remove plaque and food particles between teeth.It can't be said categorically whether it's good or bad, because dental floss can be inserted into very narrow gaps and interdental brush has the advantage of superior ability to remove dental plaque. Interdental brush is suitable to the wide gaps between teeth and dental floss is suitable to the narrow gaps. It is effective to use both tools depending on the situation.
Which size of interdental brush should I choose?
Although interdental brushes are available in various sizes, too large brushes may injure your gum. So, for the first time, starting with the smallest brush is recommended. And you should up the size gradually. Interdental brushes may be available in about 5 sizes - SSS, SS, S, M and L. For the first time, you should start with SSS.
Can I use interdental brush or dental floss many times?
Dental floss should be disposable. Used floss will not be able to fully demonstrate the ability to remove plaque because of its worn fiber. Interdental brushes, depending on the use, is disposable and should be changed in a few times. If you use the brush in a few times, you should rinse it under running water and let it dry well.
For the first time, What should I use?
